Shipping Information

DELIVERY AIMS

Our delivery time can vary slightly depending on your location. Included in the below estimate is the processing time of up to three business days that our warehouse requires to process, pick, pack and prepare your order for shipping.

Our delivery time is currently:

  • 1-3 business days* for Sweden
  • 3-8 business days* for Europe, US & Canada
  • 3-10 business days* for Australia

As soon as your order is shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation from us with details on how to track your order 🌍  

*In periods with sales, special offers, launches, etc. the timeframe above may be extended with up to three more business days, meaning that it can take up to six business days before your order is shipped.

SWEDEN 🇸🇪

  • DHL Service Point. If weight exceeds 20 kg alternative shipping service will be used.
  • PostNord Varubrev 1:a Klass for letter size packages. Ex. 1-3 discs. Delivery to your mailbox or nearest pickup point.

FINLAND 🇫🇮

  • DHL Pickup point. If weight exceeds 35 kg alternative shipping service will be used.

NORWAY 🇳🇴

  • Bring / POSTEN pickup point for packages up to 35 kg. If weight exceeds 35 kg alternative shipping service will be used.

EUROPE / EU 🇪🇺

  • UPS Standard. Delivery directly to door or delivery to a nearby pickup point.

UNITED STATES 🇺🇸 & CANADA 🇨🇦

    • DHL Express Worldwide. Courier delivery to door. 

Note: We can not deliver to an APO/FPO/DPO address. You need to enter a physical address to be able to receive your package.

REST OF WORLD 🌎

  • Primarily DHL Express Worldwide Service. Available option will be presented at checkout.

 

    TRACKING

    All orders will be sent with tracked service. You will receive a shipping confirmation when your order has been packed and marked completed by our warehouse team. Note that it might take between 12-24 hours for the tracking to be updated depending on carrier terminal location.


    UNREDEEMED SHIPMENTS

    The package is at the carrier's terminal for shortest 7 days before it is automatically returned. For packages that are not redeemed, we charge you the costs for return shipping, handling and terminal rental. The following costs apply to unredeemed shipments:

    • Pickup point: 15€ / 150 SEK /150 NOK
    • Courier delivery: $30 / 30€ / 300 SEK / 300 NOK

    TAXES / DUTIES

    Taxes are included for all countries in the European Union. Tax & duties charged by customs of non EU countries (like for example UK and Switzerland) or countries in rest of world are for your own account. Customers in Norway are covered by our VOEC registration.

    We cannot edit your invoice to display an order value less than we have charged you, to reduce your import duty bill.
