The soft plastic is THE best with winter here now. It is an extremely predictable flight and the plastic feels really grippy down to very cold temps.
The day the Järn was released, I told myself "man, when they release this in the Soft plastic, it's game over for other approach discs"...
There is no other approach disc in the market that is this stable AND soft. The K1 soft Järn has plenty of beef, but not quite as overstable as the super meathook that is the K3 Järn. Will be using this as my main approach disc for the foreseeable future!
I love throwing this in the woods.
Needs to be more true to the numbers on the disc
Soft Järn is exactly what I was looking for. Reliable stability, enough that you can torque on it pretty hard and still count on it to fade. It also has a bit more glide than the base K1 Järn in my opinion. A pleasant surprise making it a bit more versatile. Overall, it is probably the best stable approach disc I’ve used; I rate it above the like of Zones and Harps.
